Review Nudge is a product of Basis Digital Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Review Nudge, you agree to these terms.
The service
Review Nudge automates Google review requests on behalf of local businesses. We send SMS messages to your customers at your direction.
Your responsibilities
By using Review Nudge, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to contact the customers on your uploaded list
- Your customers have a prior business relationship with you
- You will not use Review Nudge to send unsolicited or spam messages
- You will keep your account information accurate and up to date
SMS compliance
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact your customers via SMS. Every initial review request includes opt-out instructions. Any customer who replies STOP will be automatically removed from all future messages.
Payments
Review Nudge is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep Review Nudge running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Basis Digital Inc. is not liable for any lost business, lost revenue, or damages arising from your use of Review Nudge.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
