What information we collect
When you sign up for Review Nudge, we collect your name, email address, and business information. To use the service, you will upload a list of your customers' names and phone numbers. We use this information solely to send review requests on your behalf.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to operate and improve Review Nudge. Your customers' contact information is used only to send review request messages on your behalf and for no other purpose. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
SMS messaging
Review Nudge sends SMS messages to your customers via Twilio, a third party messaging provider. All SMS messages include an opt-out option. Any customer who replies STOP will be immediately removed from future messages. We take unsolicited messaging seriously and have no tolerance for spam.
Data storage
Your data and your customers' data is stored securely. We retain your customers' contact information only as long as necessary to provide the service.
Third party services
We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Twilio's privacy policy can be found at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
Your rights
